DEPOSITS

Any appointment require a non-refundable deposit to be paid in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be credited towards your appointment. With this deposit you are able to reshedule your appointment but if you decide to cancel, your deposit won’t be refund.

You are welcome to reshedule your booking up to 48h before your appointment and the deposit will be renewed. However, if you decide to not come, the deposit will be charged as a ‘Consultation Fee’ to cover the time spends.

Deposits expire after 12 months.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, 30% of the service will be charged on your next visit and your deposit will be forfeited. Then you will need to make a new deposit for your next booking.

After 3 cancellations you won’t be able to make new bookings.

(extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration) 

 

• GST Rate : 10% will be added to your total bill.
